   Academician Shen Changxiang made a special report entitled "Strategic Thinking and Enlightenment of Cyberspace Security"。Prof. Shen Changxiang is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, member of the National Information Technology Expert Advisory Committee, Chairman of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Administration of State Secrets Protection, and Chairman of the National Information Security Expert Committee。Academician Shen explained the development process of cyberspace security in the United States from a political perspective, and also introduced the relevant situation of China's current development of cyberspace security strategy, and introduced trusted computing from three aspects: concept, architecture and protection effect。Later, he used the Normandy landings of World War II as an example to explain the importance of cryptography and information security, and encouraged everyone to study hard to ensure national information security。
